Protect Ethical Prosecutors is a non-profit organization collecting information about prosecutorial misconduct to be used for the purpose of investigating and educating the public on prosecutorial misconduct.

PEP will never publish defendant names, case names or case numbers. Any data made available to the public will be de-identified. It is understood that attorneys submitting this form have obtained client consent to share this information.
