
Frank Quattrone
Frank Quattrone is a founder and Executive Chairman of Qatalyst Partners and served as its CEO from the firm’s founding until January 2016. He began his career with Morgan Stanley in 1977, and previously headed the global Technology Groups for Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.
Since 2016, Mr. Quattrone has led and founded in many philanthropic efforts, including serving as Chairman Emeritus and board member of The Tech Museum in San Jose, California, and Chair Emeritus of the Northern California Innocence Project at Santa Clara Law School. Mr. Quattrone also serves on the Advisory Board of the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, after he and his wife, Denise Quattrone, provided the lead $15 million gift in 2013.
The Frank and Denise Quattrone Foundation provided the lead donation that funded Protect Ethical Prosecutors. He supports PEP’s mission to eliminate prosecutorial immunity and reform laws that hold prosecutors accountable for their intentional misconduct on innocent people.
