Rob Cary

Rob Cary is a partner at Williams & Connolly LLP. He has defended criminal cases in courtrooms for 34 years, including a number of cases in which the government failed to meet its duties to disclose evidence to the defense. Outside the courtroom, Rob is committed to improving the administration of criminal justice in the United States. He has served on several committees and task forces designed to address recurring problems with our criminal justice system and has written two books on criminal justice: Federal Criminal Discovery published by the American Bar Association and Not Guilty: The Unlawful Prosecution of U.S. Senator Ted Stevens published by NACDL Press and Thomson Reuters.
