Protect Ethical Prosecutors is comprised of two corporate entities – PEP and the PEP Foundation.
Although there is some overlap, federal law restricts activities conducted by an organization that receives tax-deductible donations. For this reason, PEP funds and executes all lobbying efforts, and the PEP Foundation supports the advocacy and education efforts of the organization.
